"I loved it, but I mostly loved Brody. He never let anyone get him down, and he never stopped trying to find work, no matter what people thought of him. The three rich guys were just assholes, and Beau can die. He does too much. I know he was scared of his family's reaction, but I don't care. Next time, cry about it before offending my man Brody 😔. Can't wait for more stories by you."

Beau and Brody are so alike but so different, one man hiding his true self for the sake of his career, family and friends, while the other man has known who he is his true self since he was young boy. The attraction between them was instant the moment they met, it took them some time before they could be honest with one another about that attraction. Quick and Fun read
"First off the spacing and layout of this author's writing is such a breath of fresh air. This story was an easy breeze to read! It was fun, down to earth and enjoyable. I would have loved to see a bit more pull and tug at the end there. But other than that it was beautifully written and well edited. The story follows two men as they quickly fall for one another and one comes to terms with who he really is. The author does a great job of creating different personalities and I would say in this story opposites attract. If you are looking for a clean, light and fun LGBTQ + read I would recommend checking it out. "

Exciting, eventful & heartwarming- this is a read that is hard to put down
"The pacing was excellent, with the chapters giving me just enough to feel satisfied yet leaving me wanting more. The characters were well developed and relatable- I was rooting for them all along! I loved the writing style- with the personality and humor sprinkled throughout! The very first chapter drew me in while the rest held me firmly in place until the very end! Overall, this was an excellent read!"
A sweet, pocket-sized romance
"I don't usually go for LGBT fiction but I thought this was a sweet love-story with some fun dialogue and unfortunately realistic conflict. There are still bigots out there but what's also problematic are people who don't know anything about different relationships. Both of which were handled in this story with clarity and straight-forwardness. I liked Brody's character. He knew who he was and what he wanted out of life. At the same time, I can appreciate Beau's coming-out and the difficulties around that. All in all, a good short story to read with decent pacing, playful dialogue and an aesthetically pleasing backdrop. At least, it is when I picture it in my mind."

I like happy endings or even sad endings but the novel should be written well and this one was written well!❤️ The story revolves around Brody and Beau and they finally embrace themselves. I like how the story discussed their struggles. YK, attention to detail! Finding My True Feelings in the Forest
"As someone writing an Omegaverse story for the first time, I truly enjoyed your gay romance and found it both inspiring and educational. I found Brody to be a very compelling and emotionally rich character — someone who’s easy to root for. His sincerity and quiet courage gave the story its emotional heartbeat. That said, I felt that the reconciliation with Beau's family at the end slightly undercut the weight of the struggles he had faced. Given the amount of repression and pressure described earlier, the sudden acceptance felt a bit too convenient, and left me wishing for a more grounded resolution — perhaps one where Beau chose freedom over approval. Also, I was curious about Beau’s past: what kinds of relationships, if any, did he have before Brody? And how had he managed his sexuality all these years? Those gaps left me with a few unanswered questions. Still, I truly enjoyed the emotional core of the story. The forest scenes, especially, were intimate and beautifully written."

Nice happy story
"On the whole, it was a nice, positive read, although it did feel a bit slow to begin with and quite rushed at the end. I would also have Brody 'come out' sooner, being the bolder of the two, as it drags far too long in its current form, And also flesh out the last two chapters a lot more, not have they come across as a bit of a whirlwind after the slow initial pace. I also think the story could benefit from more descriptions of the settings. It would also be good to introduce Beau's parents sooner in the mix and 'see' that final conversation unfold, rather than reduce it to one line in the last paragraph. In spite of this, it was an enjoyable tale with likeable leads in a lovely location."
