Author's Note

Hello, Everyone! Shivangi, here. I am a fairly new author, so please bear with me. I would love to receive feedback and constructive criticism, but please refrain from overly harsh or negative comments.

Warnings/Disclaimer:

- This book does NOT contain any mature scenes, the furthest level of intimacy in this book is kissing.

- There ARE scenes with mild cursing/swearing.

- This story is inspired by many other stories I’ve read, shows/movies I’ve seen, and my imagination. There will likely be similarities to other stories, but it is not plagiarism of anyone else’s work.

- Going off the last disclaimer, this is not some groundbreaking new story plot. It’s probably been done many times before, but the plot details and characters I come up with will likely be different.

-This story does contain typical Indian rishta scenes. I am not very familiar with the rituals, so my work is based on my minimal knowledge. I also make up the names of my characters at random. If their community/etc. would not realistically meet and that bothers you, PLEASE DO NOT READ OR IGNORE.

Language:

While the primary language is English, there will be a fair number of dialogues in Hindi, with English translations provided.

-Neither English nor Hindi are my first language, but I’m writing in E/H to reach more audiences. Please forgive any grammatical mistakes.
