I groan slowly, waking up, I hear my alarm blasting in my ear. I move my hand around trying to find my phone with my eyes closed. "Ugh, where is that damn thing!" I sit up rubbing my eyes while yawning. I look to my left seeing it on top of my pillow.

"Gosh, y/n, I really need to stop hitting the snooze button," I say to myself while I look at what time it is. "I was supposed to be up a while ago to see Kookie." Getting out of the bed, grabbing my glasses off the nightstand. I put my feet on the ground and stretch, I stand up slowly hearing my body doing its morning crack noise. "Hell, I feel like an old lady. But this old lady needs to go brush her teeth and figure out what to wear for that date later."

I start brushing my teeth, listening to Rotten Mango, and hearing all about the crazy murder cases Stephanie is talking about. I take my glasses off getting ready to wash my face, I hear my phone ring. I grab my phone smiling at the screen.

"Good morning baby." Cheesing really hard as I speak softly, noticing that Jungkook is just waking up. I study his face, starting at the bottom of his face. Looking at his two bottom lip piercing, his bunny-like nose. I notice his hair is covering his eyes. "Good morning my love" he moves his hair out of his face with his tattooed hand. "I can't believe you're up earlier than me, you must be really excited for our picnic date huh?" he does a small teasing smirk.

"HOW CAN'T I!!" groaning and whining, he doesn't understand not being able to see him as often anymore sucks ever since he started working on a new dance for Yeonjun GGUM, the dance is for his single comeback.  "Your job is taking you away from me, I know you're busy making a new dance for Yeonjun. But I miss my bunny." 

He giggles hearing me whine to him, I hate that he is smiling at my sadness but I can't be mad at that cute smiles of his. "We have a few more touches for his dance, but I should be able to spend less time at work and more time with my whiny baby." he teases and giggles, seeing me pouting at him. I am highly inspired with the work he has done, the dance is amazing. Sometimes I wish I could be as great as him.

We finished talking on the phone, I went back to washing my face and doing the rest of my skin care. I take a quick shower not wanting to make him wait any longer. Opening my closet to see if I should wear jeans or a dress for this picnic. I check my phone for the weather and I guess I'm wearing jeans. I grab a loose pair of light blue jeans, a black spaghetti strap crop shirt with no bar, with a long tight button up green shirt, I leave the two bottom buttons unbuttoned. I grab my panda dunks. I put my hair in a claw clip, leaving some hair out in the front. I do some light makeup, just some blush and mascara, not wanting to do too much. 

"I'm actually pretty early, it's only 10, I'll leave at like 11. We did say we will meet at 12am." I walk to the kitchen grabbing a small snack, going through my instagram feed trying to pass some time.

"Hey Tae, I'm going to go on a date with Y/N, so you have the place to yourself for a while." I told my roommate Taehyung, who's been my roommate for about 2 months now. 

"Oh nice I know you two haven't been on a date for a while because work, right?" he looks up at me, from his phone sitting at the kitchen island.

"Yeah, I want to take her on a cute picnic date at our usual park we go to." I grab some of the food that I made the night before. Grabbing fruit and japanese egg sandwiches, getting inspiration from TikTok. I made about four each, putting them in a picnic basket. I grab the rest of the fruit I didn't use for the sandwiches and put it in the basket with the rest of the items. Finally putting sparkling apple cider in the basket.

"That should be everything." smiling big, feeling proud of myself.

"Hey kook I mess with the fit." He looks at me up and down, scanning the outfit as I slowly spin so he can take in the whole outfit. I'm wearing a white t-shirt with a blue short sleeve button up, having the shirt unbutton. As well wearing washed outed black jean shorts, with white socks and black panda dunks. 

"Right, right! Makes me wonder what y/n is wearing."smiling big, getting excited wondering what she's going to wear.

"Awe look how excited you're getting, you look like a little kid." He giggles doing his signature big smile. I feel my check randomly get hot, I shake my head and walk to the door. I yell out goodbye before stepping out.

Walking down the street, I stop and see these pretty butterflies. They fly over to a bush full of flowers, I take my phone out as quickly as possible. I get at least 3 good photos of them, then I hear someone take some pictures behind me.

"Look how cute my baby is." he smiles at his phone then at me. I get up, smiling ear to ear.

"Kookie you're here." I quickly get to him, wrapping my arms around his waist and laying my head on his chest. He uses one of his free arms grabbing my lower waist squeezing lightly.

"I see you brought your favorite blanket and a mat." I look up at him giving him a little nod. He gives me a light kiss on my forehead, then he pats my ass lightly. Letting out a small giggle, I let him go and we walked to our usual spot.

We have been together for 9 months now, Jungkook took us on a date at this same park before, it was so beautiful. It was during the spring. This has become our usual spot when we have been too busy to see each other, that we come here to reconnect. Just to sit or walk while we talk.  We find a spot far from everyone else under a big tree near this pretty pink flower bushes. I lay the mat down and move to the side so Kook and put the basket down, getting all the food out.

"Don't tell me you made those Japanese fruit sandwiches!" I squeal out of excitement. I sit down once he's down getting everything out.

"I'm actually pretty proud of myself, I thought it would be hard but it was pretty easy. TikTok came in clutch." He sits next to me raising his hand in front of me, waiting for a high-five. I gave him a high-five and plant a soft kiss on his lips. I move myself closer to him and grab my blanket, laying it on top of our legs. He grabs a fruit sandwich and motions me to open my mouth. Letting him feed me, my eyes open wide as I take a bite.

"Baby this is amazing you did so well." talking with my mouth full, he wipes the corner of my lip having some cream on it. Licking the cream off his finger. He thanks me while grabbing a sandwich for himself, he hums as he takes a bite, nodding feeling satisfied that he did well.

Finishing our nice meal Jungkook pours both of us a drink of apple cider that he brought. "Oh yeah, I forgot you finally got a roommate. How is he? His name is Tae... Taehyung right?" 

"Yeah! He's actually pretty chill. He's like a new friend instead of like a roommate." he smiles all big, and takes a sip of his drink. "We watch lots of movies and shows together, even some games here and there. I got him to try and go to the gym with me too."

"That's nice, I shouldn't be jealous of him or worried that he'll take you away from me?" I tease and wiggling my eyebrows at him, letting out a small laugh.

He shakes his head and laughs, "You're so stupid, you know no one can take you away from me right." He showers me with kisses and tackles me into a hug.

I love and cherish this man so much. I run my fingers through his long hair then sliding my hand down to his face, then cupping the side of his face when he's done kissing me. He leans in slowly pressing his soft lips onto mine, as we both close our eyes. I feel all the love in the kiss, while we move our lips slowly.

Sitting on the couch with just sweat pants and a towel on top of my head. I opened Instagram and saw that Jungkook posted a new story. It's him and his girl at the park. It's two pictures one of y/n kissing his face and another of them smiling in the picture. They look so cute together, I feel a slight bit of jealousy and I don't know why. I sigh and get up from the couch and head to my room to get a shirt on. Then I hear the door open and look down the hall before I get to my room. To my surprise it wasn't just Kook it was y/n too.

"Oh uh hey, I didn't know you were bringing her over...?" I look down at myself forgetting that I don't have a shirt on. I'm not embarrassed of my body, I have pretty toned abs from going to the gym, but this is not how I want my first impression on meeting y/n.   

"You really need to check your text-messages more often." he shakes his head and I look at my phone. Seeing that he texted me he was going to bring her over tonight.

I hear giggling next to him, looking down I see y/n. She has her hand over her mouth, her shoulders move as she laughs. "Well... um nice to meet you y/n."

"Nice to meet you too Taehyung." She waves her hand at me. I rub the back of my head and look at Kook. He sighs and relaxes. I can tell he was a little nervous.

"I'm going to go to my room and put a shirt on, do you guys want me to leave? Or you're okay with me being here?" Looking at the both of them questioning if I should stay here or my room.

"We're planning on watching a movie, you can join us. Just hurry and put a shirt on."Says Kook. He nods his head to my room, motioning me to put a shirt on. I nod agreein to watch a movie with them.

"I'm picking the movie by the way, it might be a little corny. I love watching romcoms." She raises her hand like she's about to ask a question in class. I smile a little and let out a small laugh.

I grab a random shirt in my drawer, I put on my shirt trying to hurry and not make them wait to long for me. Walking out I see Jungkook sitting down and y/n laying on the couch. Her head is on his lap. Walking past the two and sitting on Jungkook's left side.

"You guys look comfy. Y/n did you find something to watch?" She hums nodding her head to the tv. She looks like she's about to fall asleep while Jungkook is running his finger through her hair. 

"I might fall asleep to this movie, we watched this movie way too many times." He whispers in my ear, not wanting her to hear him. I let out a chuckle knowing that I might as well. She starts the movie and lets out a small yawn. I nudged Jungkook to show him that y/n is falling asleep. He groans and looks at me sleeply, I let out a small laugh looking back at the tv letting them fall asleep.

The movie is half way done, I hear y/n groan. I look down at her, she curls into a tight ball. "You must be cold huh?" Talking to myself. I get up and grab a small blanket out of our small linen closet. I unfold the blanket and lightly put it on top of y/n. I see her relax a bit, letting out a small sigh of relief as I sit right back down next to Jungkook.

The movie ended and I was oddly into it. I guess I can get into this genre. I was going to try and reach for the remote but something is on my right shoulder. I look down and notice it's Jungkooks head laying there. I smile holding in my laugh not wanting to wake him. I admire his face, I notice how soft his hair looks to how small his nose looks. I scan down looking at his lips, seeing his two piercings so how soft his lips look. I didn't notice I was leaning in slowly, my face about an inch away. My lips close to his, I hold my breath closing my eyes. I move back leaning my head against the back of the couch, leaving out a long breath.

What was I thinking, why was I so close? Maybe I'm just tired, pulling my phone out of my pocket. Noticing it's only 9pm, I take one more quick glance at Jungkook. I take one more deep breath and let sleep take over me.
