Chapter 1: To the Admirer

You're the person in my life

Who admires me the most,

A constant source of strength and light.

When every person broke my heart,

You were there to mend it from the start.

If people speak of love, I hear your name,

A symbol of unconditional love and support that remains.

When no one stood by me, you stayed,

Through life's highs and lows, you showed the way.

While many think love is great,

I say admiring is great, for it's a love that's truly first-rate.

I may not have many friends, but I have you,

A bond that transcends age, pure and true.

You're seven years older, yet I've never felt the gap,

Your love and guidance have helped me find my way and tap.

Your love is extraordinary, a treasure to behold,

A gift from you, my elder sister, worth more than gold.

When people say parents give unconditional love,

I think of my sister, sent from above.

My parents were caught up in their own fight,

But you were there for me, shining with love and light.

When they compared me to others, you stood tall,

Saying I'm the best, and that I'd never fall.

You're my motivation, my guiding star,

You took my side when I was wrong, near and far.

You never scolded me in public, never made me feel ashamed,

Your unconditional love is a treasure I've gained.

People talk about parents' love and friendship bonds,

But sisterly love is unique, a tie that transcends.

Especially when she's your elder sister, a guardian and friend,

A bond that's hard to break, a love that never ends.

To all elder sisters struggling to pursue their dreams,

Who put family first, and sacrifice their own extremes,

Don't give up, dear one, your love and care are seen,

You're a hero, a shining star, in your younger sibling's eyes, serene.

To all elder siblings reading this, I salute you,

Your love, devotion, and sacrifice will forever shine true.
