If we could have each compassion and empathy instead of selfishness and self awareness maybe we would be better people! Not cutting someone else down to make ourselves feel better! It seems like such a simple idea but the way this author weaved it into a blanket of mental health, emotion, deep and compelling characters and storyline is BEAUTIFUL. It is just raw, real and touching. It heals as it breaks you apart while creating a safe space for both. If you are thinking about reading it, do it! You will not be disappointed. "
