This is the first in a series. It is the prequel of a story already written but not finished. I had to switch gears and tell Arik, Stephan, and Niobe's story first.

Summary

Twin Dragons, one born to rule, the other to fight, find an unhatched Phiniox egg alone and together help it hatch. With the help of a griffin named Sassy, they try to navigate their world as the human hunters find their way through the divide between worlds known as The Veil, searching for the rare firebird of legend. Can they keep her safe with the help of her visions, or will the human world come crashing in around them?
