Author's Note – Kahita Asina Ange
This story was born from a deep need to explore love in all its forms — even the most complicated and difficult ones. Within these pages, love isn't always simple. It can be fragile, confusing, even painful, but it also holds the power to heal and to transform.
Through the emotions and experiences of these characters, I hope to reach those who have walked through moments where love was tangled with silence and doubt. This book doesn't aim to judge, but to offer a reflection on relationships and the love we truly deserve.
Though this is a romance, it gently touches on themes of consent, respect, and redemption — with the hope of comforting those who've ever felt lost inside a relationship that didn't feel quite right. Love should always be a space of freedom and trust.
This story is for all the women who've endured silent struggles. For those who've doubted themselves, but who — deep down — deserve something true, safe, and beautiful.
