Keamus:

"Oh the arcane only three ways to be a part of it sadly... depends on your luck  and how desperate you are to have it in your hand"

He chuckles ,with a little sigh at the end.

He then speaks with great passion:

"The first? YOU make a deal with something-or-someone beyond all of us. Something so wicked so powerful so...blinding  it prints it's image on your retinas. You give it something of your's -your soul, your fear, your name .....,your life .It's theirs now. They'll call you a liean.

the powered -the damned .

The second is luck or maybe your bloodline or just a gift from ur messed up  family tree.  Didnt earn it. Didn't want it. But still got it. A brigh. "Lucky brat". he scoffs.

People look at you in awe.....  or envy.

Magic being part of your skin, like breath in lungs, you're born a brigh. And people will spit your name like a sour toffee.

The third is something that doesnt breath, doesn't see, doesn't think. It doesnt speak . A dagger that lights up when wielded. A book that knows your every move. A necklace that speaks you're name when no-one else is around...... Enchects the things soaked with magic, cursed by it. If you cant be in the arcane You'll....borrow it."

His tone getting softer and more calm

" And between all of these is where ulrian runs

(he lets a small chuckle out)

...my little plaything."

He smiles just barely.
