Hearts Like These is a story about the kind of love that doesn’t save you, but stays with you while you learn to save yourself. It’s about trauma, recovery, intimacy, and what it means to build something real from the wreckage of your past.

Josh and Lily are messy. Beautifully flawed. Brave in quiet ways. They come from pain but move toward tenderness—not perfectly, not easily, but together. This is a romance for anyone who’s ever felt broken and still dared to love.

Some parts of their journey are soft. Some will sting. But above all, this is a story about hope—the kind that grows in scarred places and doesn’t need to be loud to be real.
