Prologue.
Prologue: Dreams
"...Ugh...? What is this...? Why... Why can't I move my body at all...?"
In an unknown place, the man awakened in an empty void—devoid of light, of darkness, of anything at all.
"Why... does my body feel so heavy...?"
He questioned aloud... but it was pointless. No matter how hard he tried, nothing worked.
…
Then, suddenly, he froze. The reason was simple: a voice could be heard in the distance, faint and almost unintelligible...
"(Mumbling something incomprehensible...)"
"...What is it saying?"
He asked again, but it was in vain. The voice was speaking in a language unknown to him. Whether it was Greek or not, it didn’t resemble any human tongue he'd ever heard...
…
The man closed his eyes... and then—
“…!”
Deep within the darkness, a light emerged.
At that moment, he found himself in a strange place. Opening his eyes, he saw a world shrouded in dark aura. Around him, floating rocks hovered in the air, forming an eerily still atmosphere.
At the peak above, a radiant light shone—illuminating the entire realm.
“...”
The space distorted, and he was transported to a giant tree—its roots entwined with the earth itself, glowing with a strange brilliance.
“...”
Once again, the space warped, taking him to a massive cave. In its depths, nothing existed but endless, suffocating darkness.
“...”
Another distortion—this time, to a desolate, uninhabited island in ruins.
“...”
The scene shifted once more, placing him in a barren desert. In its heart, a purple light pulsed, radiating dread and unease.
“...”
Then, a vision of an ancient city flashed before him—jolting him awake from the depths of his unconscious mind.
