Ladies, are you tired of picking Mr. Wrong and finding yourself in an abusive unhealthy relationship? Are you drained physically, emotionally, and mentally from being lied to, used, and cheated on?
Are you upset at yourself for exchanging sex for gifts and money, and being treated like a piece of property? Are you tired of saying, “I need a man” because you believe that everyone who is in a relationship is happy? Do you still believe that having a man, even if he’s a dead beat, is better than being alone?
I went from one man, onto the next one. I chose men over my kids, thinking this is the ‘good life.’ I kept saying I’ll do better next time and hated myself when I didn’t.
Ladies it’s time to wake up, grow up, get smart, and face reality. This is not the way God intended His daughters to live.
I lived the life-style described above. That was the Old Kim.
My name is Kimberly Ferguson. I’m thirty-seven years old and a survivor of hurricane Katrina. In fact it was the hurricane that saved my life and this is my story.
