Cloud Mcginess- Mysteria
The sterile hum of the doctor’s hut itched Cloud’s skin.
The doctor called his name.
A sort of tense filled the room. Anxiety bubbling at thr bottom of his stomach, like it might swallow him whole.
He padded down the hectic corridors, sparing the tried looking
nurses a slight smile, to which they smiled back; though the smile did not reach their eyes.
“Please, take a seat, Me Mciness.” The doctor said, “I am Dr Davies. I will be listening to your concerns; please, go ahead.”
Cloud cleared his throat, “Well, um, sir… I’ve been having, err, persistent headaches.”
Dr Davies nodded slowly, “How do these headaches feel? Like… pressing from inside the skull; at the back of the head?”
Cloud squinted for a moment. “It’s, like, behind my eyes…? I-it’s really hard to explain, I guess.”
“That’s perfectly fine, Mr Mciness.” He muttered, “Have you had any other symptoms?”
Cloud nodded, “Ringing in my ears.”
“Any others?”
“Stomach pains?”
“That all?”
“Uh yeah, I guess.”
Dr Davies looked at thr scribbles on his clip board.
“I will refer you to another doctor. They will give you a blood test. You may leave now.”
