Chapter 1-The Story Itself

A long time ago in O’ahu, Hawaii, lived 5 sisters, they were the ones who went missing for 12 years of their lives. Their parents spent 3 years trying to look for them, but sign of the girls anywhere. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson put up flyers everywhere, but still they had no luck.

Mr. Anderson was sitting on his porch when he heard his wife calling out to him.

Mrs. Anderson: Dear, come inside, it’s time to eat breakfast!

Mr. Anderson: No, thank you, I’m not hungry.

Mrs. Anderson: I know you’re worried about the girls, but you have to eat something.

Mr. Anderson: You’re right, I’ll eat something before I end up getting sick.

Mr. Anderson walks into the before to eat breakfast and begins thinking about the girls. Having loved ones that are missing can be very overwhelming. Juliet and her sisters are being carried to an island by the tide.

Juliet: Is everyone alright?

Jackie, Nicky, Zoey, and Marie: We’re wet but hanging on there until we reach dry land.

Juliet: Sisters stay together and don’t leave anyone behind.

Marie: I want to go home!

Juliet: I know you want to go home, but as of right now, we can’t.

After 30 minutes of being in the water, Juliet and her sisters are lucky that they didn’t drown. The girls begin to create a home for themselves just until they’re able to get off the island.

The main female character reminds me somewhat of myself having to deal with childhood trauma that just leads you down a path of more bad decisions until one day you make a decision that changes everything for the better and it’s hard for to realize that...
