Shinkai Clash – Storyline
Introduction
The world of Shinkai Clash is a vast and dangerous place, filled with countless universes and multiverses. Every living being is born with a unique power called a Shinkai, an ability that shapes their destiny. However, among them exists a powerful bloodline feared across the cosmos—ruthless conquerors who devastate worlds.
Episode 1– Anikai’s Journey Begins
The story follows two brothers, Anikai and Kira, as they desperately attempt to escape their dying universe. They race toward their spaceship, but just as they prepare for takeoff, their father Drago’s elite minions ambush them.
“Anikai! Get on the ship, now!” Kira commands.
Anikai refuses. “Not without you!”
With no time to argue, Kira activates his Psychic Shinkai, using telekinesis to hurl Anikai onto the ship. As the engines ignite, Kira locks eyes with his younger brother one last time.
“I’m sorry,” he whispers.
With a final push, Kira sends the ship hurtling out of the galaxy, ensuring Anikai’s survival. As Anikai watches his brother disappear into the battlefield, the last thing he sees is Kira standing tall, ready to face the oncoming enemy alone.
The Present
Anikai awakens inside a dimly lit cave, his body aching. He blinks a few times before noticing a large, furry figure watching over him—a talking bear.
“Finally awake, huh?” the bear says.
Anikai, startled, sits up. “Who… who are you?”
“The name’s Koko,” the bear replies. “I found you in a crashed spaceship. Looked like it was about to explode, so I dragged you out and brought you here.”
As Anikai processes this, Koko asks, “Do you remember anything?”
Anikai tries to recall his past, but all he sees is a dark figure looming over him a vision so haunting it sends chills down his spine. He quickly shakes it off.
“No… not much,” he lies.
Determined to uncover his past, Anikai asks Koko to help him. With a shrug, Koko agrees, packs his belongings, and the two set off on their journey.
As night falls, Koko starts a campfire and prepares food. He hands Anikai a plate of eggs.
Anikai eyes them curiously. “What… is this?”
“Eggs,” Koko says matter-of-factly.
“I’ve never had this before.” Anikai takes a bite, his eyes widening in delight. Without hesitation, he devours the rest.
Koko chuckles but suddenly tenses as a growl echoes from the bushes. Before Koko can react, a saber-toothed tiger leaps out, tackling Anikai to the ground.
“AHH! We’re gonna die!” Koko yells, hiding behind a tree.
Anikai, unfazed, grabs the tiger’s paw mid-attack, stopping it in its tracks. The beast lets out a whimper. Moments later, the scene shifts—Anikai and Koko sit by the fire, cooking tiger meat.
Koko watches Anikai suspiciously. “Okay, what was that back there? How did you beat that thing so easily?”
Anikai shrugs. “It’s my power.”
Koko leans in, intrigued. “What’s it called?”
“Devourer.”
After a night’s rest, the two continue their journey. Along the way, Anikai unknowingly eats poisonous berries, causing his face to swell. Koko panics, but Anikai casually brushes it off, unfazed by the poison.
“…Okay, that’s just weird,” Koko mutters.
