Traffic Stop

"I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and found it hard to put it down. The writer has inspired me into doing something towards the community. Have you ever thought of having this book made into a movie? I think it would be worth it and very educational. We are faced with a lot of things covered in this book, and in a "movie story telling" style it would be encouraging for many who are possibly in these situations to see that they can come out of it and lead normal lives. Thank you."

Traffic Stop

"I really enjoyed getting an inside look into the juvenile justice system and the problems the courts face. It was well told thru a very interesting story about 3 juveniles and the sad but probably true problems that a lot of juveniles face. I loved the reading about how the judge, psychologist and DAs and law enforcement all try to help these kids. I'm sure all of this really happens. It was a rude awakening into child trafficking problems that are unfortunately happening all over the country. It was a quick but good read! I really enjoyed it!m "

Good read

"I was amazed at the way the authors were able to take modern day social issues facing many communities and weave it into an enjoyable well-written story. It helps to point to some of the real issues facing a number of our youth today, and the people willing to try and help. It held my attention until the end."

Traffic Stop

"Traffic Stop is such a compelling novel. I was surprised that such factual information about court procedures could be so skillfully told in a heart-wrenching way through the lives of three children and their families. I put off some work and lost some sleep in returning to the book until I reached the very last line and I still wanted more. Each child’s story was unbelievable, but they happen every day somewhere in our country. Human trafficking, childhood trauma, bullying, family violence, and other social ills are painfully illustrated through this book. When family structures fail, involvement of the courts as well as the dependency and delinquency systems are necessary but unfortunate. Every person who works in the human services field, courts, law enforcement, mental health, or is even a part of a family should read this book – they won’t be the same afterward."
