Summary
A novella about three alien entities from another universe that travel through a black hole, and they get into an accident inside the black hole that brings them into the Blue Planet universe for their experiment. However, during the journey through the black hole, their intergalactic spaceship sustains damage, resulting in one crew member becoming heavily injured. Upon arriving in the Blue Planet universe, the three aliens discover the body of a recently deceased lifeform, a Roman warrior. They decide to merge the bodies of the Roman warrior and the injured alien entity, creating a superbeing that can host the wounded member and allow the injured alien entity to survive. This newly formed superbeing, Roman Warrior, will stay temporarily on the Blue Planet until the alien entities can find a way back home to their universe on the other side of the black hole from which they came.
