"This story had me crying because of the heartbreak both main characters went through or laughing because a straight forward group of people from Scotland meet a sassy woman from California they all have sharp tongues and attitude. My favorite is Callen the son of the MMC, after he sneaks in to the house the MFC is staying to help her friend, the stage is set for all kinds of mayhem and mischief. The plot is solid, the emotional roller coaster perfect. The story moves along with just the right amount of romance, angst and craziness from people trying their best to the MFC, but she has a secret weapon in a Scottish Billionaire she chased with a rolling pin, because he was arrogant and grumpy and assumed without getting all the facts. I love this author because she sees people and the dynamics of their relationships and can turn them into wonderful entertainment for her readers. If I was a publisher all I would ask is a few proofreaders, because when you’re reading your brain skips when your excitedly reading."
