¿Que significan los titulos?

El libro esta muy marcado por el budismo, lo cual seguramente todos saben que es, pero por si estan confundidos por tantos nombres raros en los titulos: el budismo enseña que la vida está marcada por el sufrimiento (dukkha) debido a la impermanencia, el apego y el deseo. El objetivo es liberarse de este sufrimiento alcanzando el nirvana, lo que pone fin al ciclo de samsara (renacimiento marcado por el karma). Esto se logra a través de la comprensión profunda de la naturaleza de la existencia y la práctica ética, mental y de sabiduría.
