I’m Soup (that’s my nickname), and I really appreciate all of you for giving this book a chance.
I know it feels a bit formal right now... but never mind! (It’s my first time; soon, I’ll show my true charm {insert evil smile}).
This is my first book, but I’ve written many things before! (Like, I’m good at writing my mom's shopping lists.).
*THIS STORY IS ABOUT*
This story is a mix of magic, fantasy, and romance. It’s entirely fictional.
The themes focus on love and the social issues people faced in rural areas a long time ago.
Don’t worry; this isn’t a boring philosophical book. Not at all!
It’s a love story between two characters with interesting side plots.
And of course... no spoilers!
*CONTENT WARNING*
1. This book is for ages 18+ and includes adult themes. Please read only if you’re comfortable. You can skip certain chapters if needed. (I won’t tell you to drop this book.... definitely not! #awkward laugh#).
2. The story is set in the 1980s, so get ready for some old-time romance.
3. It is a slow burn with strong chemistry.
4. It’s not a dark romance but the kind of love we all want in real life.
5. All characters and places are fictional, created from my imagination.
6. This story is based on Indian culture since I am Indian, so you’ll see names in Hindi.
7. There will be some dialogues in Hindi in each chapter, with translations in brackets.
