Good story
"There were a few consistency issues, like the number of people around a table or food orders taken versus the food that shows up, but nothing that detracts from the story. Just a few of those here and there. I liked Niko and his core group of friends. Avery is well-written, too. I honestly didn't like the ending. I know books come in more than one part, just like movies, but it seemed to have hit a certain page number and ended. I kept watching the pages get closer to the end, expecting an explosive scene to tide you over, but the book just stopped. I would definitely recommend reading it, and I am looking forward to the next part. 🩶❤️"
Loving the story
"This is just book 1. Such a sweet story of trying to follow the rules, but their hearts contradicting them. I look forward to book 2. Any idea when book 2 will be released? I prefer to read the entire series at once. Otherwise, when I get back to the next book, I have completely forgotten what happened in book 1. My suggestions - Double check for inconsistencies: There is one spot where Niko has a different last name and another spot where it sounds like Avery was injured as an ice skater and not ice hockey. - Check for typos. They are easy to hear if you use a screen reader to read the book to you. - indicate that this is book 1 out of ??? At the beginning or in the title. - Lastly, and most importantly, keep writing, this is the first story of yours I have read, but I will definitely be reading more. 😀 "
Very good book
"More like a teen story but I was worth it"
Looking forward to part two
"Well written but definitely needs some edits. So frustrating that the author gets her male lead's name wrong for several chapters, and that there are glaring descriptive inconsistencies practically back-to-back. Also, it seems like some scenes are rewrites of the ones that took place right before then — characters repeat dialogue word-for-word with slightly different results, Avery's injury history changes, at one point Avery is wearing both sneakers and skates, no one gets remotely the correct food at a restaurant moments after ordering it... This is clearly a talented writer and I'm eagerly anticipating the sequel, but this sort of sloppiness is extremely aggravating. "
