"I'm in love with the concept- you had me hooked at the title. Throw in that mysterious description and I wasted no time starting it. However, I can't fully enjoy it due to the unreasonably fast pace. There's no time to dive into what should be a dark psychological thriller- instead, events happen in a rapid-fire style without letting us see the character's true inner thoughts, feelings, and conflict. It should be incredibly disturbing and thought-provoking- however, because there is no deep dive or any attention placed on the gory, grisly details, it just doesn't feel like it's living up to my standards. If you were to focus on the dark psychological thriller aspect it looks like you're going for, author, it could take this book to the next level. Otherwise, it will never attract its target audience. Overall, it's a good idea and a good read, but it could be improved. Please keep writing. You have real talent. 🩷"

The plot is a little fast for me; there is something missing in the plot that could make it better and make the story a little smoother. I do love the characters though. My favorite is Cameron. His character development is wild. Lorrain is what I wish I could be. But, overall, I love the book and I relate to it."
