Chapter 1
FLASHBACK
After following YN, Sofi, and Siwoo secretly, Leo, his mom, and Dayana finally reached the location — Jungkook’s private farmhouse.
At first, everything looked silent. Too silent. They crept toward the window cautiously… but the moment they peeked inside, their feet froze.
Sujin.
She was lying unconscious on a hospital-like bed inside the farmhouse room. Her face was pale like a lifeless doll, her lips dry, and wires were connected to her body — heart monitor beeping slowly. Machines keeping her alive.
Dayana: (Whispers, eyes wide in horror) That’s... Sujin. She’s alive?
Step-Aunty: (Backing away, voice trembling) No… no… that’s not possible. She died! We left her for dead! That night… 13 years ago…
Leo: (Breathing fast, panic rising) Shit! She… she survived?
His voice cracked. His eyes twitched.
(Because Sujin’s survival was their worst nightmare.)
Leo had a secret relationship with Sujin. But it was never based on love — it was obsession. A sick, twisted obsession.
He isolated her from friends. Controlled her clothes. Slapped her for talking back. Screamed at her for smiling at others. And behind closed doors… he did even worse.
He used to lock her in rooms, burn her with cigarette butts, whispering,
“You’re just a intresting toy for me.”
Dayana knew. She encouraged it.
“Teach her a lesson,” she used to say, laughing at Sujin’s bruises.
Step-Aunty? She brought herbal medicines to cover up the wounds. She told Sujin,
“Good girls don’t talk back. Obey him."
Sujin stayed quiet. She never spoke out. She hid her voice, swallowed her tears, and still… she continued to tolerate everything — just because she believed that one day, Leo would change. One day, he would become a better man… the man Sujin always hoped he would be. A kind man. A loving partner.
Every day, she suffered his anger, his shouting, his cruel behavior. At night, she cried silently in her room, but every morning, she stood in front of everyone with a fake smile — as if nothing was wrong.
Because Sujin was a very simple and pure-hearted girl. She was too kind. And Leo, Dayana, and step-aunt took full advantage of that. They saw her simplicity as weakness, and her silence as helplessness. But even then, Sujin kept telling herself.
“Maybe Leo is just angry… maybe one day he will understand me.”
Until the day she was tired of everything. She had thought to leave this toxic relationship and expose everything infront her family.
But Leo caught her. That same night… he drove her to a cliff, fought with her, and then… He pushed the car off the edge with her inside.
When the car exploded and sank into the darkness, they thought it was over. No body. No witness. No truth. But Sujin had survived.
And now… she was right in front of them.
Leo: (Voice shaking with rage and fear) If she wakes up… she’ll tell them. She’ll tell Jungkook… what I did.
Step-Aunty: (Eyes cold, soulless) Then we must make sure… she never wakes up.
Dayana: (Hissing like a snake) We should have burned her body that night.
Let’s finish it now. And that girl YN… we’ll take care of her too.
(Just then, YN entered the room, flipping through Sujin’s medical chart — unaware of the evil watching her.)
Leo: (Eyes narrowing, lust hidden behind fake calm) And what do we do about her?
(He looked at YN, not like a person… but like prey. His eyes scanned her slowly, dark thoughts building.)
Step-Aunty: If she sees us, Jungkook will know.
Leo: (Smirking slightly, pulling out his gun)
Then… she’s coming with us. And this time, she won’t be lucky like Sujin.
(The Door Opened. Before YN could even turn — Leo had pointed the gun at her.
Dayana came from behind and tied her hands tight, so tight that her wrists turned red.
Step-Aunty shoved a cloth into her mouth and whispered.)
Step-Aunty: (Cruelly) You’re too curious for your own good.
(YN’s eyes widened in shock. Leo stepped closer… slowly… His face was twisted in a disgusting smirk.
He leaned toward her ear and whispered in a low, dangerous voice.)
Leo: You’re prettier than Sujin ever was.
Maybe I’ll keep you longer… before I end you.
YN’s entire body shivered in disgust and fear.
Then they turned to Sujin. Dayana slapped her lightly to check if she was conscious.
Step-Aunty coldly unplugged all the machines.
Leo picked her up roughly, her head falling back like a doll’s. Even in a coma, they treated her like trash.
YN tried to fight — she kicked, she screamed behind the cloth — but Leo slapped her hard and growled:
Leo: (Grabbing her face tightly)
Keep making noise… I’ll make sure you leave with more than just bruises.
And then… they disappeared. Through the back gate.
With Sujin’s fragile body… and YN as a hostage.
No one saw them.
No one heard a thing.
When the caretaker arrived... the place was empty.
The machines were unplugged.
The bed was cold.
Sujin and YN… were gone.
(Leo, Dayana, and the evil step-aunt didn’t realise what kind of girl they had captured. They had no idea they weren’t dragging a helpless victim… they were dragging their own death.)
Because YN was not an ordinary girl. She was not someone who would sit quietly and cry in fear. She was the kind of girl who could fight 20–30 goons all alone and still not back down. So imagine… what would she do to just three of them? They had no idea what storm they had brought upon themselves. And very soon... they were about to find out.
END FLASHBACK
Jungkook: (Shouting in anger) Shit, the f***! So these three were behind everything!
Siwoo: What do we do now, hyung? How will we find out where those three took them? (Tensed, his eyes filled with worry and fear.)
Mr Jeon: There must be some way through which we can find out their location. (Tensed)
Mrs Jeon: (Crying) After so many years, when I finally got my daughter back, again these three took her away from me.
Elder Aunt: Don’t cry, everything will be fine, nothing will happen to our daughter.
Mrs Jeon: I want both of my daughters back. (Crying)
Younger Aunt: Jungkook, please, no matter what, bring both of them back safely. (Crying)
All the family members were as worried as they were sad. But there was only one person who was not sad, only looked tense. That was Sofi. She wasn’t crying and wasn’t saying anything, just looked a bit tense. Seeing her like that, Ava asked her.)
Ava: Eonni, aren’t you worried about Y/N eonni? What condition she must be in, or what must be happening to her?
Sofi: No.
Everyone: (Shocked)
Jungkook: (Angrily) What do you mean you’re not worried about her? She’s your true and close friend, right?
(All the family members started staring at her, even Siwoo. Seeing everyone looking at her like that, she said to Jungkook.)
Sofi: Look, hyung, you’ve only known her for a few months, but I’ve known her for years, for many years. And after knowing that Leo, Dayana, and aunty have done such bad things and now even kidnapped Y/N and Sujin eonni, I am not worried about Y/N, I am worried about Leo, Dayana, and aunty.
(Everyone was stunned by the confidence in her voice. Her words didn’t sound like hope — they sounded like a warning.)
Mr Jeon: (angrily) What the hell? Are you also involved with those people? Otherwise, how did they find out about that location? And why do you care so much about them?
Sofi: (getting irritated, letting out a deep breath before speaking) Uncle, she is not the kind of girl who sits quietly in fear. I’ve known her for years. And instead of worrying about her, you should worry about those three... because she is going to teach them a lesson. I’m feeling tense thinking what if she ends up killing them.
Everyone (shocked again, everyone was stunned and started staring at Sofi)
Max: What do you mean?
Sofi: I mean... since childhood, she only got love from her mother. She always longed for her father’s love. And her sister? She was nothing less than a criminal. Because of all that, she grew up like a fighter plane. She never thought twice before beating someone. Whether it was school or college, she always ended up hitting someone. And not just a little... she beat people so badly they ended up directly in the hospital. She alone is equal to a mafia gang... and I’m the same too. Whether it’s 3 people, 13, or even 30... she can beat them all.
(She paused and looked around at everyone. Her eyes sharp, her face serious.)
Sofi: And listen carefully... I didn’t just stay friends with her all these years. I trained with her. She wasn’t fighting alone. I was always beside her. We both were a team — the kind of team people were scared to mess with.
Siwoo: What are you saying? How will she save herself and Sujin alone from those three? You know they’re not normal college students. You know how dangerous they are, right? (Tensed, the worry was clearly visible in his eyes)
(Sofi now spoke in anger, in a strict and cold voice full of confidence...)
Sofi: So listen... when we were in our last year of school, there was an area not very far from our school where a lot of bad boys and goons used to live. And all the girls who came to school from that area were always troubled by those boys. They used to tease them, follow them, and scare them all the time.
One day, a girl came to school crying. Her face had gone completely pale, her eyes were red, and she could barely speak. Y/N quickly held her and asked, "What happened?" That girl, in a very scared voice, started telling about those goons. She said there were around 15 or 20 of them, and they all had weapons – like knives, blades, chains – and they used to trouble the girls together.
But Y/N didn’t even think for a second. Without asking anyone, without taking anyone with her, and without any fear... she went straight to that area. Her face looked like she was walking into a battlefield. And she didn’t just go there, she beat those boys so badly... she hit them so much that right there, in front of everyone, those boys got down on their knees and started begging that girl for forgiveness while crying. Everyone was shocked.
(Sofi’s voice had turned cold now, and she narrowed her eyes.)
Sofi: And I followed her that day... I didn’t stop her. I just walked behind her like a shadow, ready to burn the whole street if even one of them touched her. But she didn’t need me. That day, I realised... she wasn’t human. She was rage. Pure fire.
Now just think... if she could do that to 15-20 dangerous boys with weapons, what would she do alone to just those three?
(After hearing Sofi’s words, everyone was completely shocked. Their faces were full of surprise, but Jungkook, Mr. Jeon, elder uncle, and younger uncle had a strange kind of relief and pride on their faces. Deep inside, they felt proud and calm. Siwoo quietly gulped hard, his throat dry, and in a soft and scared voice, he said.)
Siwoo: On the wedding night... I really escaped somehow... I seriously got lucky that day. She’s not just a storm... she’s a walking bomb.
Sofi: Truly... you got lucky.
(She gave him a smirk — not playful, but deadly. Like someone who knew exactly what kind of war Y/N was about to bring.)
