The story was addictive, The writing was great, The characters was real, There was excellent twists in the story and the way power dynamics shifted had me in suspense. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this author—there’s serious talent here. One to watch for sure."

Hooked from the beginning
"Absolutely devoured Emma and JB’s story. The plot was gripping from the start, and the writing pulled me right into their dark, dangerous world. Emma was a standout—strong, capable, unapologetically in control. Loved that she didn’t just survive in JB’s world—she took the damn throne. JB, of course, is the classic morally grey alpha we all secretly (or not so secretly) live for—ruthless, possessive, and only soft when it comes to his girl. Delicious. If this really is the author’s debut? Colour me impressed. The only thing I’d tweak is pacing—there were a few parts that felt a bit rushed, and I would’ve loved more insight into Emma’s transformation. She shifts from quiet to queen too fast not to beg for backstory. That said, it didn’t take away from how addictive the story was. Solid writing, captivating characters, and a brilliant twist on power dynamics. Although not my usual level of thigh clenching spice, I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this author—there’s serious talent here. One to watch for sure. "
