Chapter 1.Saturday night lights
On a warm summer Saturday evening in August around 8:00pm a little bit after dinner time ruby was sitting down at her outdoor table playing with her dolls daydreaming when she heard the word fireworks!!! Ruby snapped out of it ruby: waaaah ? Fireworks max shouted again loudly the whole neighbourhood could hear. Max: ruby max said pouting stop day dreaming we need to pack our stuff and go to the fireworks at the park !. Ruby: max enough I’m coming just wait . Ruby got out of her chair and packed her festive beach bag full to the top with snacks a first aid kit batteries a water bottle and god knows what else and they waited by the front door for grandma to pick them up to go .
