This is gorgeous! I read all the way to end and started over again.
"This is gorgeous, layered and mythical. There's layers upon layers of meaning and myth. There's little moments of sweetness tucked into the story here and there that nicely balance the heartache that's always creeping around the corners. There's little hints of things to come peppered throughout that feel oh so satisfying when they circle back and pay off later in the story. This is a very different flavour than the author's erotic writings. Much more of a slow burn - and it was totally worth the wait. I loved it. I want more! "
A wonderful surprise
"I stumbled across this author and thoroughly enjoyed the style of her writing. So much so that I also read this piece, which is not normally one I would choose. But I've been wonderfully surprised at how much I've enjoyed it! So different from her other piece, but just as delicious. Can't wait for further chapters!"
