A Literary Tragedy Shakespeare Would Be Proud Of
"This story is not for the faint of heart. Fair warning: It is heartbreaking. It's gripping, it's a good story, but too tragic for me personally. It took me a long time to read through and to get over the emotions it made me feel. 😢 Thus the late review. That being said, it has elements of literary tragedy, and as a fan of Shakespeare and of studying the genre, I can appreciate that this is what it was. It just was too heartbreaking for me and I had not been expecting it to be a tragedy, as it was not labelled as such at the time I had started reading it. However, Shakespeare, who wrote many tragedies (among other literary genres), would likely be proud of this story and the elements it brings forth. It also touches on a tragic reality that many K-pop stars face and brings awareness to this upsetting lifestyle they are forced into. If you enjoy the genre, you'll likely enjoy this story. Just be sure to keep a box of tissues close by."
