His change after Hattie is so lovely. Even the staff relationship is changing with it, this small but not less important detail is so heartwarming. "This was the first book I've read and finished on this site, and I enjoyed it. 💓 The chapters were short, sweet, and easy to binge-read. Both the ML and the FL were likable, and Emily was such an adorable child character. The plot was simple but not too shallow. The writing style was very casual and conversational, which, honestly, made them sound human and relatable. I felt emotionally invested in the characters, and I really loved the happy ending; they all deserved it 😃. "
