You’re not rushing anything, and that makes their scenes hit harder. The plot is solid. The mission stuff adds weight, and the emotional stakes are always there. I like that Bella’s struggling. You show that without overexplaining. Just maybe give a bit more context now and then about the mission—it gets a little fuzzy in places. The writing’s clean and sharp. The pacing works. Dialogue feels natural. A few spots get a bit wordy, but nothing major. Overall? You’ve got something strong here. It’s dark, it’s slow-burn, and it keeps me reading.
