Upper body


1. Push-Ups

Muscles Worked: Chest (pectorals), shoulders (deltoids), triceps, core.

Description: A bodyweight exercise where you lower and lift your body using arm and core strength. Great for building overall upper body strength.

2. Pull-Ups / Chin-Ups

Muscles Worked: Back (latissimus dorsi), biceps, shoulders.

Description: Done on a bar. Pull your body upward until your chin passes the bar. Chin-ups (underhand grip) focus more on biceps.

3. Shoulder Press (Overhead Press)

Muscles Worked: Shoulders (deltoids), triceps.

Description: Can be done with dumbbells or a barbell. Press the weight overhead from shoulder height to full extension.

4. Bicep Curls

Muscles Worked: Biceps.

Description: Simple curl of the arm using weights to strengthen the bicep.

5. Tricep Dips

Muscles Worked: Triceps.

Description: Lower and lift your body using a bench or parallel bars, focusing on the back of your arms.
