Chapter 1
{ INTRO }
Mira, the young, beautiful princess of Velmora, was very innocent and and sheltered from the outer world. She grown up being alone because she wasn't allowed to make any friends without her father's permission.
Her father hired two bodyguards, Dominic and Alex. Both were childhood best friends but with different personalities. Dominic was cold and serious in the other hand Alex was sweet and friendly.

Today was their first day on the job .both were standing outside the door of the princess's room. Alex knocked slightly. They both entered the room.
The room was a lavish blend of elegance and youthful charm. Soft pastel curtains danced with the morning breeze, and sunlight filtered through large windows overlooking the palace gardens. Delicate paintings of fairy tales adorned the walls, and a plush canopy bed stood as the centerpiece. Books with golden-edged pages lay scattered on a nearby reading nook, hinting at Mira's love for stories.
Mira was sitting on her couch reading her favorite novel. Her long wavy hair touched her waist. And her brown eyes shone in the sunlight.
Alex approached her, "Princess Mira .."
She looked at them .
"We are your new bodyguards for the next three yrs." Dominic said, his voice was cold and deep.
"Yeah princess now you are stuck with us for three yrs" Alex add jokingly.
Princess laughed slightly.
"Btw princess, i'm Alex and im 24 yrs old and he is dominic and he is 25." Alex introduce themselves
"Hi Alex..!! Hello dom..dmoi.."
"Dominic! Its dominic" Dominic said in a a cold serious tone his expression was unreadable.
"Ahh Yes...." she was bit embarrassed.
Later that day Alex and Mira taked for hours . They laughed, teased each other and so on. Princess noticed dominic. Who was standing in the corner of the door.
"Alex ..is your friend always like this..? Serious and cold .." she said in a teasing tone.
Alex Chuckled. Meanwhile Dominic rolled his eyes and added .
" well Noo! Im not always serious. This is my job and im being professional. And im not here to entertain you. "
" ohh cool man she just teasing ..dont get mad! " alex replied .
"Im not mad. She is just soo annoying!" Dominic said in a low voice.
" what im annoying?! " she said in dramatic tone. She walked towards Dominic.
He was taller than her but she cross her hands and stand in fron of him.
" you!! Domestic Doniac whatever is your name !! what you think of your self !? U said im annoying !? Huhhh" she pouted.
" First of all my name is Dominic not Domestic. And second of all yes i said you are annoying coz you are annoying. And you know what else you are ? " He glanced her.
" what?" ..she asked .
" you are loud, noisy and a spoiled brat. " he add in a low voice .
"Whattt you think im noisy loud and brat ?! And you know what you are !? "You are rude mean and and ...
"And what..? Huhh * He smirked
" oky oky guyss its enough no more fights, Now you both gonna say sorry to each other. Dominic! Princess..!" Alex tried to control the situation.
Dominic rolled his eyes and said nonchalantly. "Sorry "
Princess rolled her eyes too . " oky im sorry too"
Later that day, Alex and Mira were sitting on the banch watchingthe beautiful sunset . Her head was resting on his arm. Meanwhile Dominic was standing faraway. His hands were in his pockets and eyes were fixed on them. His expressions was unreadable. Dominic noticed how comfortable she is with Alex... Dominic was feeling something unusual..jealousy..? Frustration..? But he knows that it his duty to protect her at any cost . He should not feel something like that ....
He closed his eyes..

As the days turn into months, she was more an more comfortable with them . She started spending more time with them . She cant help but standing feeling for Alex. He was sweet, nice, funny and how caring towards her. She just cant ignore this.. she was afraid to confress her feelings to Alex.
One night she was roaming around the house.. but than she heard a familiar voice from the hall.. she decided to check. Mira walked towards the hall than she saw two familiar shadows. It didn't take too much time to guess that it was Alex and dominic. They were talking about something.
"Alex are you kidding me u gifted you girlfriend a Dimond ring?!" Dominic said in sighed in disbelief.
" you must love her soo muchhh" Dominic added .
Alex Chuckled.
Mira was freezed hearing there conversation... Alex never mentioned about his girlfriend... she didn't like idea him having a girlfriend..Her eyes were filled with tears.. at that moment she was dealing with mixed emotions.
Next day both bodyguards get ready for the day they went to her room.. but.. they she wasn't there.. they went to garden, library, hall everywhere she usually go..but she was not there.. they asked other staff about her but nobody saw her since the morning..
They both get worried and frustrated
" where she went..!? Without telling anyone .." Alex admited ..runing hand through his hair.
" .. i cant ..i ..just cant lose her.. !! " Dominic mumbled . He run towards the main door ..his eyes were wet..and his heart beat was getting fast and fast..
Alex followed him..
