Arjun and Vivaan are two brothers. Arjun is five years older than Vivaan. They belong to a middle-class family, but they are happy in their life with their mother and father. They are both very intelligent students and study in the same school.
After completing his school-level exams, Arjun was admitted to college to pursue a degree in engineering. He had a dream of establishing an NGO to help the poor. Since childhood, he wanted to be an engineer, so he was quite happy that he could pursue his dream career.
In his first year, he started liking a girl named Mira and tried to confess his feelings. Though the girl didn’t accept it, he kept trying many times, but the result remained the same. Even so, he focused on his studies and spent time with his college friends.
But as the saying goes, “Everything is temporary.”
Arjun’s happiness came to an end when one day, he received a phone call informing him that, while returning home from tuition, his brother Vivaan had met with an accident and was admitted to a nearby hospital. The doctors said he was in a coma.
After hearing this, Arjun completely broke down and started crying. His friends tried to console him but failed. After 2 or 3 minutes, Arjun lost consciousness. A doctor was called to check on him, but the doctor said everything was fine physically. When Arjun regained consciousness, he had only one thing on his mind—to cure his brother and fulfill his dream of starting an NGO, which was also his parents’ dream.
He began working harder to achieve this goal, and time passed.
