Summary

Isabella is juggling multiple things at once. Her university years are coming to an end, while her romance with Niccolo is just beginning. The new life she is building with him is steady but not without its flaws. Those flaws take away from them more than they are prepared to give up. It's up to them to decide what their family will look like in the future and how they will protect it.

Introduction of characters

This book is part of a series. The characters in the series are a work of fiction; any similarity to real-life people is completely coincidental and, therefore, should not matter. The pictures that represent a certain character are taken from Pinterest; hence, some resemblance to real-life people is bound to happen. I hope you’ll enjoy the story and find some sense of peace or an opportunity to escape.

This opening feels very honest and welcoming. I liked how you set expectations up front, especially with the content warning and the note about English not being your first language, it makes the story feel approachable and gives the reader a clear entry point.

The tone is simple but sincere, and that works well for an introduction because it feels like you’re speaking directly to the reader. If you wanted to make it even stronger, I’d focus on sharpening the phrasing a little so the disclaimer and welcome feel even smoother and more polished. Would you be open to more detailed feedback on pacing, voice, and the setup for what comes next?

How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...
