19 Days Left

June 16th

Three lifelong friends with totally different personalities sets off for an unforgetable trip to Las Vegas. They all could have taken a plane, but decided it would be better to drive. That way, they can see the scenery change grassy fields, with cows and other cattle, to desert with horses and coyotes....and sand. Lots of sand.

Since it was Alexandria's birthday soon, Carmen wanted to drive to give Alex that time to stare at the world, Daphne took pictures and posted their entire life on the scram. Everything, she made sure not to waste a minute of their life traveling from Sacromento to Las Vegas, Nevada. Where eveything would change for the worst.

"Ah!" Alex screamed kicking her feet when she saw the sign that said WELCOME TO NEVADA. It was the best feeling she ever had. "We are literally almost there."

"And who said we should've taken the plane?" Daphne poked Carmen who regretted driving. She wanted to smack her red haired friend with the back of her hand.

"Whatever! I can smell Vegas, now." Carmen sniffed the air.

"No, that's not Vegas, I farted." Dahpne earned several smacks from Alex and one swift punch from Carmen, who acted as if she was trying to find something.

"I can't believe you would fart in here." Alex fanned the stench, "so gross." Then they laughed, except Carmen. She was irritated with her friends.

"Laugh it up. Now that smell is going to be in my car for the rest of its life. Thank you Daph." Carmen groaned and sped up before anyone had anything else to say.

8 hours was nothing from them. They knew each other longer than that, and even live with each other. It was just the thought if being in a cramped Buick Encore that made them all a bit annoyed.
