Cute Start!

"I really enjoyed diving into this story. I have a soft spot for the "fated mates" trope. The first chapter especially shines; it’s clear a lot of care and detail went into setting the scene and building intrigue. I loved the phone call with the parents as a natural way to set the scene and hint at the dangers ahead. It’s such a clever touch. That said, the later chapters feel a little rushed in comparison. There are so many moments that could really elevate the story if given the same care and attention as chapter one. I’d love to see the same depth carried through the rest of the book, because the potential here is huge. With a bit more polish, I can absolutely see this becoming a standout read for fans of the genre. I think this could become a really engaging read for fans of the genre. I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes!"
