"You think this medicine can heal me? This can make me forget everything that happened?!" Yunhee questioned, her voice choked with barely composed emotions.

Jungkook's expression softens slightly seeing her shake, but his resolve remains steady. "No, medicine alone can't heal your wounds, Yunhee-ya... but it helps manage your triggers and flashbacks."

His voice softens almost to a whisper. "You think I don't know what you're going through?"

She clutched her knees tightly to her chest, as a single tear escaped her eyes. "I-i.. I'm just a used thing.. You deserve better" her voice was a choked whisper.

His eyes flash with anger and something else - pain perhaps. He grabs her hands firmly but gently. "Don't you dare say that about yourself! You're not used, you're mine now..."

He takes a deep breath to calm himself. "I chose you, Yunhee. And I'm not leaving."

Will his devotion and affection be enough to soothe her emotional scars and win her heart, or will the shadows of her past continue to haunt her?

Obsidian: He's hilarious. Like, actually. I loved it. You're writing style is great, although you could do with a few less murmurs and mutters. I know it sounds critical, but I have the same problem and I hate it. Overall, it was one of the best stories I've read on here so far. I liked it better than those M...
