"The setup with Kayce being an orchard owner and this violent attack coming out of nowhere is really gripping. The hospital scenes felt so real, you could almost smell the antiseptic. The amnesia twist with Melody is a classic, but it works here because it just makes the mystery deeper. And that note at the end? "You've come back, Jane." Who is Jane?! What does she have to do with any of this? It's such a good cliffhanger. The writing is straightforward and pulls you right into the story. Definitely makes me want to know what happens next."
