Fangs and a New Dress

Liam was excited for spring break more than any of the holidays that had come before. The thing that made this break more appealing than any other was the simple fact that his family was not expecting him. Taylor, as soon as classes got out for the weekend, went to his dorm room, locked himself inside, and booted up his VR station. His heart was beating hard and fast.

Liam wheeled the VR station over his bed, applied the tactile solution and sensory pads to the correct places on his arms, legs, and chest, laid down in his bed, and put on his helmet. He instantly started up the game 𓊈Fangs of the King𓊉. Liam had heard of the game online when he was browsing certain chat boards reading on subjects like crossdressing. The thing that had drawn Liam and so many others to this game in particular, was the unique character. The game used a scan of your body and face, and gave you the ability to genderswap yourself.

While Liam hadn’t ever actually crossdressed before himself, he had often wondered and fantasized about what he would look like as a woman. The game was a perfect opportunity to get a good look at what he would look like on the other side, and it made him excited.

The opening cinematic showed several scenes. One of men in a firefight in a street, one of couple ballroom dancing in an elegant ballroom, and one of two men fighting in a dark street with swords. It was clear that the game was set during modern times, though the setting didn’t particularly matter to Liam.

A sultry, woman’s voice said, “Age 18+ confirmed. You may proceed.”

As soon as the loading finished, Liam found himself in a character creator, looking at a reflection of himself. He took a moment, looking at himself. He was a slim, tall, dark haired twenty year old with shaggy hair, dark eyes, and a plain, but not unattractive face. While he had never been ugly, his looks had never attracted attention. Liam held his breath as he pressed the [♀] button. In a swirl of magical looking light, his male avatar had disappeared, and what was left was clearly recognizable female version of himself.

She was shorter than Liam, but still tall for a woman, probably around 5′10.” Her hair was long and dark brown and was pulled back in a half up half down hairdo with a braided crown. Her skin was noticeably pale,and her large, dark brown eyes were rather striking. Liam’s heart pounded looking at her, at himself. His eyes wandered down a bit, and he looked at her breasts. They were small under the nightgown material that was used for the character creation screen.

There was a menu for increasing or decreasing certain attributes to alter appearances, but Liam wasn’t interested in that, he was mostly interested in seeing himself as a woman, unchanged.

Just then, he saw an option category labeled [Genitals]. Curious, he selected the category. As soon as he did, the nightgown flashed off. He was shocked by a full view of his character’s vagina. The inner lips were a bit larger than he expected, peaking out shyly. He saw that he had the option to play a character with a penis and a feminine frame, but opted for the vagina instead.

He moved on, selecting his starting class. 𓊈Fangs of the King𓊉 used an integrated ai system that could update and edit a player’s class based on playstyle and in-game events, so the starting class did not lock one in too much. Scrolling through the classes, he was instantly drawn toward the [Private Investigator] class. It boasted a boost to observational skills xp as well as a firearm license.

Liam eagerly accepted, then was faced with the final choice: What he was going to name his character. He didn’t hesitate. He had often thought about what he would be called if he was a woman, so he confidently inputted the name Lila. As he did, the world whirled around him, and he found himself, not outside, but inside the body of Lila.

Lila ran her hands over the fabric of the pantsuit she started with in the game, marvelling at the textured feel the game managed to recreate. She quickly opened her menu and looked at what she was working with.

Lila exhaled, then opened her quest log. Her tutorial quest was to track down a woman’s philandering husband. She had a moment of regret for not choosing a combat class, but that soon passed when her vision highlighted a car going by. It especially highlighted a garment bad in the window and a license plate number she was apparently supposed to know. The feeling of drudgery was gone, replaced by a fluttering heartbeat and a sense of light Euphoria.

“I think I’m going to like being Lila,” she said out loud while hailing a taxi.

“Follow that car!” she shouted with a giddy smile on her face.
