Chapter 1
Chapter One
It All Begun with a Curse
In a gloomy day, I was collecting some ingredients for my next try.
I was trying to bring him to life, my crush, my five year love. The one and only person I have truly loved.
He was an anime character — not the main character, but the one who bullied them till high school, and they became friends after that. That person with blond hair, red crimson eyes. He was very handsome.
That was Bakugou Katsuki from My Hero Academia.
I think it was love at first sight, and I know that I'm overdoing it and I can't call that deep love — not for an anime character — but it was him, only him.
And now I can't live without him.
If this time the curse wouldn't work, I'll kill myself and go to his world.
I searched on Google and found many ways to bring him here.
There were so many Indian ways. I tried them all, but they were useless — just like the people who shared them.
There were 22 ways. I think the person who wrote them was American, but it doesn’t matter.
Anyway, because this is the 22nd try already...
I put the needed ingredients in a big bowl and started to mix them.
That person said it needs fresh air, so I’m mixing it on the roof of our building.
Suddenly, it started raining.
> “What?! Why?! Do I have to try again tomorrow?” I cried.
“Argh! That weather ruined everything!”
A lightning bolt hit the bowl and it exploded.
I fell a few steps away.
When I stood up again and looked — the bowl wasn't there anymore.
But...
There he was.
Blond-haired. Red-eyed. Fainted. Laying on the wet roof.
"Yay! It worked! It worked! Yohoooo!"
I jumped from joy, yelling again. "It finally worked."
He was laying down under the rain.
A view I’ve never seen before.
“I have to take him to my room... but how?
He seems heavy too. Are my parents home?”
I rushed down to check — thank God, they weren’t home.
It was too late, and my siblings were all asleep.
I sighed in relief and went back to the roof.
He was too heavy to carry.
So I placed his arm across my shoulder and struggled to take him down the stairs.
His skin felt real.
I really did it this time.
I put him on my bed, then snuck into my brother’s room to steal some clothes — something that may fit Bakugou.
He was too wet from the rain, so I had to change him...
“So... I have to change your clothes for you, huh?
Oh, babe, it's my time now!”
I climbed on the bed, trying to take his shirt off...
Suddenly, his eyes opened.
He pushed me to the floor.
“Who the hell are you?!”
He crossed his arms over his chest.
“Oh! So cute.” I smirked.
He looked around, clearly angry.
> “Where am I? How the hell did I get here?”
“I brought you here!”
I smirked — maybe I looked like a villain.
He did not look happy.
“Who the hell are you?!”
He raised his hand — ready to use his explosion quirk.
But...
Nothing happened.
“No, your quirk doesn't work in this world. What a waste.”
I felt a little sad for him.
He jumped off the bed, grabbed me by the collar.
“Why isn't my quirk working?! What have you done?!”
“Nothing! Really, nothing!”
“How do I believe you?”
“You can’t not believe me now,” I smiled.
He tightened his grip.
“How the hell did I get here?!”
“I brought you!”
“Why?”
“Because I love you, and I will make you love me too.”
He let go of my collar and grabbed my neck.
“Say it — or I’ll kill you.”
“Okay! Okay! I think... because this isn’t your real world!”
He paused.
“Not my real world? What the f— are you saying?”
“Yes. I brought you from your world to this one.
No heroes. No villains. All people are quirkless. Just... normal.”
He seemed shocked.
Then... tighter grip.
“I can’t... breathe...”
“Send me back!”
“What...?”
“Send me back, you bitch! Can’t hear or what?!”
Tears burst from my eyes.
“You want to leave me?”
“I don’t care if you cry or not — TELL ME how the fuck I can go back.”
“You... you really want to leave me?... But but I—”
My mom’s voice suddenly cut in:
“Jory! Where are you?!”
I quickly replied, “Yes mother, one minute.”
I wiped my tears and pushed Bakugou into the corner of the room.
“Change now. Don’t go out. If they find out you’re here, they’ll kill me.”
I whispered:
“Change so you don’t get a cold.”
“Huh?” he replied loudly.
“Shhhh! Don’t make a sound.”
I went to see what Mom wanted. After a short chat about the door, water on the floor, and food — I promised to bring her tea and sandwiches.
When I returned, Bakugou had changed.
“Wow! That looks good on you. I love it!”
“Don’t act like a creep, bitch!”
“Anyway, close your eyes and turn to the wall!”
“Why should I?”
“Fine! You can watch me change then.”
His face turned red. He turned to the wall.
“You really are crazy.”
“Crazy for your love.” I winked.
I changed, then told him he could open his eyes.
No reply.
“Hey!”
I got closer.
Put my hands on his waist...
He pushed me away.
“You think I’m a fool for your tricks?!”
“Tricks? What tricks?”
“Anyway, I’ll go make some sandwiches. Do you want some?”
He said nothing.
But I knew he was hungry.
After giving my mom her food and tea, I brought some for Bakugou.
“Hey babe! I brought you some sandwiches!”
“What took you so long?! And don’t call me that, bitch!”
“You were waiting for me?”
“No way.”
“Anyway, here. If you want more, tell me.”
I went to my table to study.
“What are you doing?”
“Studying.”
“What year are you?”
“Third year in high school.”
“Liar! That crazy bitch still in high school?! You look like grade 6 or 7.”
“Yeah, I hear that a lot.”
“And you? College, right?”
“Me? No. I’m as old as you.”
“You're 18?”
“You're 18?”
“I’m 18.”
“How come you’re 18?”
“That’s what happened.”
“Anyway, concentrate on your studies.”
“Okay! By the way, if I’m not home — don’t go out of this room.”
“Why?”
“If someone sees you — I’m dead.”
“Why the hell should I care?”
I looked at him sadly.
“Fine. Anyway, tomorrow morning — you’ll send me back.”
“No.”
“You will!”
“I don’t know how.”
He grabbed me by the collar.
“You brought me — you send me.”
“Is that your final decision?”
“Yes!”
He looked dead serious.
Tears filled my eyes again.
“Okay... I will find a way to send you back.”
“Cry, whatever. I don’t care.”
He turned away, went to sleep on my bed.
I wiped my tears and washed my face.
It was past midnight now.
So I messaged my bestie ....
"Are you awake?"
