Christin’s POV

Guys I am so excited for my party tomorrow! Have you all decided on what you are going to wear. said Carla

Carla will be turning 18 tomorrow her party will be one of the last big hoorahs we all have together before graduation.

" I will just wear something out of my closet "

" No you will not Crissy

we can just go shopping, I want you looking sexy and ready to dance"

I know Carla doesn't mean anything by making her statement My parents own several shopping malls and because of that I am always burnt out on going shopping but not Carla she will shop until she drops

" It's my party and what I say goes"

She is right since we were kids we have always done and wore what ever the birthday person wanted

We have been friends for a long time and even though we have many interest in common we have several different interest and we have always support one another interest by going along with the things of their birthday party or dressing a manner which would be out of our character

For my 10th birthday I was obsessed with Monster high .Monster High is just not Carla's estheic but she played the part because it was for my birthday or when it was her 10th Birthday and Carla wanted us to dress like princess and have a fancy tea party We are best friend who will do anything to ensure the other has a great birthday

" It's settled then we are going shopping! You guys decide where while I go and let my brother know"

Carla's brother Lorenzo is a business man who is always dressed in a suite and we always have his bodyguards surrounding him

Carla is not allowed to go anywhere in public without a bodyguard following her But when her brother is in town he tags a long usually

Me and Carla have talked about it previously and we have trumpeted it up to him feeling guilty because they no longer have either of their parents and he is always gone out of town on business

I have been in love with Carla's brother since we were kids and they moved in the neighborhood three doors down from me and my family

When we were younger Carla would always tease me about having a crush on her brother through the years I have told her my crush has faded but truth is it hasn't

After Carla got back from telling Lorenzo we are going shopping we discussed that we would go to a mall my family doesn’t own

Lorenzo’s POV

My little sister Carla came to my office to inform me her and her friends will be going to the mall

Usually when I am in town I will tag along on all of her erands and outings with her friends

She is my little sister and as her caretaker I am not always present in her life so this gives me a chnace to spend time with her doing things she wants to do

I also get to see Christin

I know about the crush Christin had me when we were kids Carla use to go on and on about how me and Christin would end up married with kids just like mom and dad who grew up together and were inseparable

What Carla didnt know was the crush I had on Christin also Christin is only 1 year younger then me and a year older than Carla so we all spend lots of time together on family vacation and when i wasn’t training

Even though Carla says Chistin no longer cared for me I have always made it a personal mission to keep an close eye on her as well

Christin’s POV

As we are at the mall preparing for the party tomorrow buying our dresses , getting needed make up and hair supplies Carla sent a few of the other girls on a side quest to get us all matching pajamas for the night

I try to unnoticeable look at Lorenzo but when I do look behind us in his direction expecting to see one of his bodyguards looking my way I make eye contact with Lorenzo himself I quickly look away and make some excuse about the restroom to leave and I quickly run off to the restroom near the foot court which we just passed

Upon leaving out of the restroom i bumb into Lorenzo quite literally

“Running from someone Chris”

Everyone else calls me Crissy short for Christin but not Lorezo he always called me Chris

“ I just had to use the restroom “

“Good because you can’t run while im here”

And he walked past me to the restroom

Every close encounter with Lorenzo makes me melt he is the man I have always pictured my self with one guy that can make me wet by just looking in my direction

I am walking from the restroom and notice Carla and the girls are at the food court

At Carlas house we are all showing off what we have to wear to the party then we get into our pjs for our last all girls pow wow
