Hi guys, I've been working on this story for a very long time, and it's complete.
I wanted to try a new style of writing with new characters. Although I love romance, I do like writing stories that plays with psychological and suspenseful developments, and show growth and mystery with every chapter.
It will be published every Saturday at midnight.

I only did a brief description because I didn't want to give too much away.

Zinnia Gomez is seventeen years old. She lives for her little sister, Poppy, and her mother, Rosie. School and the flower shop are her only routine; her only goal in life is to be successful so that she can provide for her family.
Christopher Vecera, the popular son of Gov. Vecera. A man of good manners and impeccable image in the public's eye. However, he's an entirely different person when no one sees him. Christopher is a man of a malicious personality, a cruel individual who takes pleasure in toying with anyone who dares to think they are smarter than him. Christopher sets his plans in motion in a way his enemies believe they are taking advantage of him, but in reality, he's simply watching them gain confidence so their destruction feels more fulfilling.
Josey Lesko, nineteen, Zinnia's best friend, is more like a brother. Seeing him in Zinnia's home is a normal thing; they have grown up together since their mothers are like sisters. Josey is overprotective when it comes to the girls he considers his little sisters. He feels responsible for the family since both of the male figures of the family are gone, and he feels the role falls on him.
Xander Lowe, nineteen, is a new transfer student to Zinnia's class. This mysterious guy, quiet, but sometimes he looks like he wants to scream. Little by little, he opens up to Zinnia, which in the end, he'd realize that's the biggest mistake of his life.
Rosie Gomez- Zinnia's mother. A strong woman who has learned the hard way to pull through in life for her two daughters, after her husband left them for his addictions. Rosie has it rough, but to see her daughter's strength and smile makes it all better, but will she ever get a break?
Poppy Gomez- six- although she's a special needs kid, Poppy is the happiest and most intelligent kid. With her big sister's love and care and Josey's protection, Poppy doesn't know how unfair the world is for them, but that's what they work hard for: to shelter her from that pain.
Gloria Lowe is a powerful woman responsible for the destruction of Zinnia's dream.
Olivia Lesko - Rosie's best friend, neighbor. Olivia has been friends with Rosie since before they became mothers. They have struggled through life together, raising their kids as a blended family without fathers. Olivia lost her husband, but she's still happy and optimistic thanks to Rosie, her girls, and her beloved son Josey.
Allen Nicholson - Christopher's right-hand man, he's in charge of doing everything Christopher says, even if it means destroying someone he thinks is innocent.
Carol Aleman- Zinnia's personal bodyguard (shadow) and friend.
Amber Goodman - Eighteen - Zinnia's best friend and classmate.
Raven Elliot- seventeen- Zinnia's best friend and classmate.
Governor Vecera- Christopher's father, a corrupt man who doesn't care about abusing his power if it means his legacy will prevail, even using his son.
Brandon Gallera- Christopher's friend.
Gia Gales - Christopher's fiancée.
Ivan Tevez - Christopher's childhood friend.
Victoria (Vicky) Kosiolek - nineteen- Josey's girlfriend.
