Summary

Introduction Love is a language we all yearn to speak fluently, yet it often leaves us lost in translation. In these pages, I invite you on a journey through the sacred values and quiet truths that reveal what it truly means to be seen, honored, and cherished in a relationship. This collection is not just about love’s joys but also its tender wounds—the places where our hearts demand respect, loyalty, and growth. Each poem begins with a promise, a declaration of knowing love when it shows up in its purest form. Whether you are healing from heartbreak or dreaming of a love that uplifts and inspires, these words are a mirror and a guide. They are here to remind you that love worth having is rooted in values that honor your soul and ignite your purpose. May this book be your companion, your courage, and your celebration of the love you deserve—and the love you are ready to give.

Author’s Note

This book, I Will Know That You’re Mine, is my third poetry collection, following I Don’t Know What Hurts More and Eulogy for the First Butterfly. Over the years, I have written many books blending genres, weaving together stories, reflections, and lessons from life’s depths.

But poetry holds a special place in my heart—it is the purest form of expression where emotions speak their own language and truths reveal themselves gently yet powerfully. Each of these poetry books has been a chapter in my own healing journey and a way to connect deeply with those navigating love, loss, and growth.

With this third collection, I continue to explore the sacred values that shape the love we seek and deserve. It is my hope that these poems serve as both a mirror and a beacon, guiding you toward relationships rooted in respect, loyalty, and true connection.

Thank you for allowing my words to walk alongside your own journey.
