"this book DESTROYED me like actually ripped my heart out stomped on it set it on fire then somehow?? fixed it?? and then broke it again but like in a good way??? im not okay im never going to be okay. lucas??? LUCAS???? the redemption??? i was screaming crying throwing my phone across the room and then hugging it five seconds later and poppy. don’t even talk to me about poppy i will cry right now. i’m going to miss her and every single one of these characters like they were real people who personally betrayed me and healed me at the same time this ending??? insane. feral. i loved it so much it hurts. BIG BIG recommendation if you like your thrillers to punch you in the stomach and then kiss your forehead after. read it. suffer like i did"

Tense enough to keep your pulse racing, but never rushed. Every page pulls you deeper, and the writing grips you like a thriller should. Edge of your seat suspense, jaw-dropping twists, and characters that feel so vividly real, you forget they’re on the page. I’m absolutely hooked and counting the days until more is released. Highly recommend this one and I smell an enemies to lovers plot!"

"I really liked this story, but it seemed to wrap up so quickly. I know it has to end somewhere, but it felt so sudden. I’m not sure how I feel about how Lucas’s story ended. I was kind of hoping for them to see each other again. Although I do like how he tried to redeem himself in some way. Overall, a good story that I would recommend to readers. "
