"I'm just amazed. ... This is the first book series that I've got on this app and I'm glad to say that u have become my favourite author these days.... I hope next book will be released soon!! nd I hope that it won't have any sad or horrifying ending ... Apart from this book , I've seen one more book of yours which seems to be horrible .... is it connected to the previous storyline? ?? Plz tell..."

Awesome

"I don't know which story I liked best the first one or this one. So much action and drama! The characters are beautifully written and I feel as if I'm a part of the Ravenstone community. Great job! I can't wait to read the next one. "

Great continuation of a book series...

"Okay, here's my review for book 2 of Yza-Dora's KEEPER OF LA TECLA series. I know it seems I'm partial but that's not the case. I've read lots of books as I stated before, and I don't particularly care for Erotica or Same Sex genres which is a breath of fresh air for me, in reading this young Author's work. However, I do have to say that the book is lengthy, being in 2 parts in one book, which the Author informed me of before review. The story smoothly continues without leaving a lot of question marks and gaps. There is a bit of blood and gore but it's decently written with just enough imagination. After all, the characters are thrown into an entirely different world that they're not used to so things get complicated and bloody. Despite the situation. The creatures that are described as the Boar-wolves are very descriptive and are easy to imagine but yet at the same time the Author creates a nightmarish beast that I wouldn't want to run into or have to fight. Yuck. Now, as the story progresses, you find the characters having to prepare themselves for war against an evil Necromancer that seeks to destroy Ravenstone for sinister purposes. I won't reveal those for you have to read the story for yourself. But, considering the Author is female, she did a pretty awesome job of describing the scenes of war and military strategies. I can tell, that a lot of research has gone into the story to make it realistic. My husband and daughter who's near the Author's age, have become avid readers themselves and they too, glimpsed at the pages and found it extremely interesting. I ordered a copy of each in hardcover format from Lulu to add to my shelves and they're beautifully designed. High gloss, beautifully bound and the paper quality is excellent. The book covers were designed by the Author herself and really capture the story's essence. Now, some might disagree that this series isn't considered YA but I say that's a load of crap because the series is for young adult as there's descriptive scenes and language, though not profanity. The only thing I can say more, is that Inkitt as great a site as it is for authors and readers alike, it doesn't allow visual symbols or fancy headings of which adds to this Author's work. The books I ordered have an insert cover image that's so beautiful as well as inspirational quotes and it's a shame Inkitt couldn't have provided them. Toward the ending of book 2, you find the protagonist in a difficult fight for her life and the love that's shared between herself and the male vampire Erik, is just absolutely beautiful. Their love story is nothing compared to Twlight's for Erik's not a love sick vampire but the thoughts of losing her and how the Author described his pain, was so touching that it brought tears to my eyes. Anyway, looking forward to reading book 3 of this series as well as her other books that are soon to come. It's been a while for me to really sit down and enjoy a book in its entirety and actually look forward to reading more of a series. I can promise you other readers, that if you enjoy vampires, lycans, magic, dragons, adventure, humor, and even demons and Jinn, you won't be disappointed. Unless, you happen to be one of those readers who's an Author themselves which can be a bit conflicting and more often, just a case of professional jealousy. And just one more thing too to add. The protagonist of the story, I have to say is my favorite character because she's a strong woman having to deal with everything that's unloaded on her shoulders, and yet she handles everything beautifully with strength and courage. She's a warrior (not necessarily physically in the beginning) but has that warrior spirit making her a combo of femininity and deadly possibilities. Which is by the way, really herself as I discovered the Author put herself into the story instead of creating one with her characteristics. So, what you read is what you get! :)"

Love these books

"I love theses books. But it can get confusing at times and a lot of things are often repetitive. The author goes into great detail on most things but sometimes something will be mentioned but never touched on again and it just confuses me. But overall really good story."

Book 2

"I couldn't get into the 2nd book I made it about 9 chapters in but it was too long winded and the keeper kept being a complete bitch to Eric and had complete double standards. Much preferred how she was portrayed in book one. It's such a shame as I was looking forward to reading this book. "

Keep it up

"Thoroughly enjoyed the general flow of the narrative and the details. I do however feel as though the phrase ' there she goes', ' I love you more' and Nathan/ werewolf alpha mouthing off with empty threats became repetitive and boring. I'd also like to know more about how she's a demon. You hear she died as a child and she's Lilith's doppleganger but nothing else, it's an integral part of the story and should be included. Looking forward to the next part. "
