The Sky Reaching Out To The Sky
I was standing on the middle of the road in a heavy rain....drenched all over , soaked to my insides. My body had given up , I didn’t even have the stamina to walk. Standing in front of me was the sorrow uncalled or more accurately the death awaited...
He was standing on the roadside breathing heavily..
“Sama , return with me ” he said
“NEVERRR” I tried to say but couldn’t.
“I will count till 3 , come to me or I will and it wouldn’t be good”
How I wish I could die but I can’t only if.....
“1.................”
The countdown had begun I wanted to run away but I was tired , my body couldn’t respond to me .. It was too late
“2.................”
“This is where I end up after running away ...Why this place ????GOD Whyyyy???” I thought
“And 3........... I am comin’ MI AMORE” he said and started walking towards me.
I stepped backwards not wanting him to be anywhere near me. But my body was too slow...He would reach me in no time...
I could see a beam of light coming towards me in my side vision...“What could it be?? ” I thought..
but before I could comprehend anything I got hit..
I was sent soaring upwards....The sky reaching out to the sky...
“I am sorry ” I whispered to the stars...
I was lying on the road in a pool of blood...my vision blurred but I could see him running towards me...
He was just a few steps apart when he got hit by a speeding truck...
He was lying in front of me ...Blood oozed out from his head..
I could see no pain in his eyes....he looked at me , our eyes interlocked and then he went still , lifeless...
“What a game you played , fate!!!!” and then I succumbed to the darkness....

“Samaaaaaaaa , WAKE UPPPPPPP, we are getting late!!!!”
I could hear Alina yelling but I wanted to sleep...just a bit more....
“2 minutes pleasee” I pleaded but still she yanked off my blanket and dragged me out of the bed..
“The class starts at 8 a.m and it’s already 7:50” she yelled again.
“Okay Ma’am” I said
‘I have to get ready before this woman makes me go deaf’... I thought
We sprinted towards our school after getting ready in just 10 minutes.
Finally after a full 15 minutes marathon we reached...Unusually there was lot of commotion in the corridor
“What’s going on ?? Did a celebrity come over and that too at this hour??” I asked Alina
“You don’t know.. A new psychologist has joined and I heard he’s quite handsome. His name is Munir ” she replied
“Ohhh..”
‘Just girls being girls going crazy after a handsome guy...Don’t they have a bit of dignity’ I thought..
“Look look it’s him Sama” Alina nudged me pointing towards a man wearing skinny fit black colored jeans with silky navy blue shirt paired with black sneakers..
“Isn’t he just too much” I said
“Why?” Alina asked
“Is that what you wear at workplace.. Isn’t it too casual and unprofessional..” I replied
“Whatever he looks good though”....she said
He looked like an attention seeker , wanting girls to drool over him....
