Puppy Love {Daisy & Duke}
Daisy was single at 50, she was worried and given up on ever finding anyone. still she was happy and contented with her life, but it would be nice.to meet someone. she thought. then on one rainy night, she found a puppy behind hey house by the Bin, the poor thing was wet and cold. she took the puppy in, dried it up and registered it with the local vet. she found out it was male. so she called him Duke.Duke adopted quickly in his new home with Daisy. no more cold rainy nights . he does have a dog minder as well and for the days when daisy is out of town on Business she gets her cousin Jaxx to house sit Duke. ever since she found this little bundle of joy. Daisy didn’t feel alone anymore. Duke was indeed a blessing to her. most nights Duke crawls up in bed with daisy for cuddles,she was a proud puppy mummy, with regular injections at the vet, Duke was in good sound health. one night after work , Daisy had just picked duke up from the dog minder, but she was running a fever. as soon as she opened the door to her flat to let them both into the house,she fainted and collapsed on the floor. with the door wide opened. she wasn’t moving, Duke stood by the door barking for help down the hallway. along came James who was just visiting his aunt Susie down thee hall. he had visited Aunt Susie for months but never met anyone around not to mention and adorable little pup.James put the flowers he got Aunt Susie to the side and walked of to Duke out of curiosity. as he got to the door he found Daisy on the floor,he felt her pulse , but she wasn’t opening her eyes, he rang the ambulance immediately. Daisy woke up at the hospital. by her side is the most attractive man she ever saw , he was carrying Duke. ’Hi am James he said, you were passed out on the floor in your flat. i was visiting my Aunt down the hall from you when i saw your pup barking for help so i got you to the hospital as soon as i can. ‘Thank you so much for saving me’ Daisy replied. James got the doctor to speak to Daisy. she had a fever and her iron levels had dropped but now she’s fine in safe hands and has been treated. you are free to go home the doctor said. James dropped Daisy and duke back at the flat. the introduce themselves to each other. Daisy Thanked him once again for saving her along with Duke. James promised to check in soon. Duke tugged at James, warming up to him with some puppy love. The next time James visited Daisy, the talked forever like knew each other before. he asked out on a coffee date and she happily agreed. that was two years ago. now Daisy if Mrs James Sewing and a very proud Dog Mummy to Duke.
The Best of Friends {Peter and Alisha}
Peter Brown , a loving ,son, reliable and a strong support system to his friends . he was handsome too but peter doesn't have it all. he couldn't even tell his best friend Alisha that he loves her. His best friend Alisha is a very pretty lady. she's in a relationship with the charismatic and proud Kane Sharpe. her friends wonder what she ever saw in him. Alisha forgives him time and time again after his one too many affairs. peter's parents adores him as he's there only son. his mum, she's his biggest fan. she supports and advises him in life decisions but she was also frank and honest with him and wont encourage any negativity or misdeeds.she told him one to many times to be honest and tell Alisha how he feels about her, but Peter knew she was in a relationship with Kane and didn't want to loose her friendship. he wasn't sure how she would feel about him if he admitted his feelings to her. one day in the week Alisha was around the corner from Kane's office and wanted to pay him a surprise visit, so she got his favourite coffee and went to his office. when she arrived his secretary was not on sit so she walked straight in and opened the door... And there was Kane and his secretary Betty in a compromising position. Alisha wasn't surprised at all. she made sure to tip the coffee in her hand all over his newly installed white carpet. off she went slamming the door behind her. Now its been six months and Kane hasn't heard a word from Alisha, she also blocked him on all devices .Kane new this time around there was no more forgiveness. she was done and gone for good. Its over.
Peter is aware now that its been over with Kane for months now. Alisha told him, its been two months since he confessed his feelings to her. She didn't reciprocate immediately . she needed time to be sure she was ready for another relationship. so they went out on a few dates. which was kind of awkward at first as they had never had this sort of closeness in their friendship before, but the more time they spent together it easier it got especially for her. after a while Alisha knew there was nothing fake about Peter, he wasn't a womaniser like Kane was. his kindness was real and not fake neither was his affection and love for her. he was genuinely a nice guy.how did she missed this? she thought. there was no time to look back at the past. This time she was a hundred percent ready.
