Summary

Calypso is living the life any fairytale person would want! A perfect kingdom! A loving mother, great friends! Well… If one of them is a thief? Other than that, his kingdom is practically designed to be perfect! Just as he thought his life couldn’t get any better. He was right about that; his life got a bit worse.. After meeting a princess who reveals the palace isn’t all that perfect and what the queen does to people who have magic.. Let’s just say Calypso would not want that… Who knew your life could flip upside down just by finding out a truly drastic truth? Calypso certainly didn’t! Now that Calypso has made a few new friends he has to struggle with the fact his life is falling apart. His picture-perfect fantasy kingdom is all a lie, he thought everything was fine. But then he realized he was a puppet in someone else’s game, and now that he’s been freed by the puppet masters spawn… He’s in more danger than he could ever comprehend.. Calypso believes he will be able to overcome the problems he’s facing… But will the burning hope that Calypso’s mind and heart hold ever be enough to face a great evil? A great evil that could end people he cares about with a snap of their fingers…

Prologue.

Prologue.

The figure brushed through the trees.

They were trying to evade some shadow; they weren’t very smart, but they could run fast. The shadow grew closer and closer.

Silence…

“Where’d they run off to?! FIND THEM!!”

The stomping feet of guards could be heard throughout the night. The sound alarmed thousands of crows. Wolves howl almost covered the crows completely.

A hooded figure walked towards an old ruin.

They placed a small candle with green markings.

They counted to 30.

“1… 2… 3..” while doing so a woman happened to be passing by. She peeked from behind a tree, like any normal person she wondered who would be in a forest at the middle of the night unless it was for a shady reason.

“28… 29… 30…”

The hooded figure had finally made it to 30. Suddenly, the candles light turned green.

Silence…
