"This was not typically the type of story that I pick up. However, once I start, I finish. It was very easy to identify with each character. Honestly, it almost feels as if it was written from experience. To take it even further, “truths” like this could help any relationship. The lack of drama made it seem very real. However, it could use more; more emphasis on emotional events that took place, more descriptive words that apply to all the senses. It would help paint a more vivid picture of everything that went on. In doing so, you might tug a little more at your reader’s heartstrings and help create more of an emotional connection for them. Not only that, but the chapters might even be a bit longer, which, for me, is a good thing. Regardless of my review, it’s still a good story to read. I recommend this to anyone. It amplifies the importance of communication in a relationship!"
