Chapter 1: Meeting a Homeless Mom and her Infant Son.
On a clear, cool, sunny day in the quaint town of Ironton, Ohio, Lynette Marshall embarked on her early morning jog. At 48 years old, standing tall at 5'7 with shoulder-length blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, she set out dressed in her exercise attire - underwear, bra, pants, shirt, socks, and shoes. As she neared the conclusion of her jog, her eyes fell upon a homeless mother cradling her infant son. The mother, bundled up in a jacket, held her baby close, protecting him from the cool morning air. Moved by compassion, Lynette approached them, eager to offer her assistance to someone in need.
Lynette inquired, "Hi, are you okay?".
With a soft smile, the homeless Mom replied, "Hi, we're doing well.".
Lynette inquired, "I'm Lynette, what's your name?".
As the wind gently tousled her hair, The Homeless Mom introduced herself with a warm smile, "I'm Amy, and this, is my son Nathan.".
"Amy, do you want to come with me to my house?" Lynette asked.
