Chapter 1 : Birth
During the darkness of night, a creature is born from the darkness of the cleansing of purgatory and the darkness of the mortal realm. It is a blank canvas, it is there to just exist.
It laches from host to host human to human. A reflection of human. Yet it will tilt it’s head when a human host, makes and express an emotion, something that is greater. For millennia’s to centuries later, it gets better in reflecting human emotions and movement. But, even that it has never experienced it’s own emotions. But in a way it started to think “is this all to existence, what are these ’feelings’, I want to experience it embrace it, just a taste a lick”. For a moment it was contemplating while still copying a human movement and emotions. Yet deep inside a voice is telling it “why do you pay attention to such menial expression you are a shadow and nothing more”. That voice managed to deter it. It begins to find another host another human or being.
It goes to a more treacherous part of the region. Hiking it’s hills encountering a lake with some islands hovering on the water. Peacefull yet cold. It did not shiver because it has no need for feeling the coldness. It does not kill it or threat it. The shadow descends down the hills to a settlement. A sign said “Willkommen in Prien am Chiemsee” “Welcome to Prien am Chiemsee”.
