Chapter 1 { secret book 📕 }
My name is laurel am from Efunbowale family, the name of my father is Adam while my mother name is Goody, i have one brother name Xavier, we all live in the same house and do everything togrther. We love each other especially me and my brother, i love him because he’s jofia.
The only thing i hate about our family is that they always stop me whenever i try to find the source of one family or anything mysterious. But i never stop because that is my hubby and that’s why am planing of becoming historian. At my twelve years am able to solve about five mysterious family in my state, in which all the dies mysteriously. The example is williams family. The family is one of the most popular family in our country, but the only thing that surprise everyone is that they all die in their own room. They sleep and never wake, the only thing the people in the street notice is that they only hear sound of witch 🧙 inside the house every night, but that very day, the sound from the is very louder than before and its bring fear to the mind of people in the street that they are not able to sleep at that nigh. The following morning they all notice smoke coming out of the house all people quickly call 911 , almost all kind of forces in the country are present because of the family status. I think their death was so mysterious so i have to sneak into their house to find some clue for my investigation.
It was dark when sneak out of my own house to williams’s, after some minutes of investigating, luckily i find a book secretly kept in a cupboard in which only blood of Williams can open as writen on the it. But it was big surprise that am able to open the cupboard, “am i one of williams family ? “ am just asking my self, no time to waste I quickly pick the book out of the cupboard and run out of the house, I forgot my touchlight, and everything was dark, i rush out of the gate without second thought of going back for the touchlight and rushdown to our house. When i got home they have already close the gate, i will have to jump in as usual, i notice someone coming my way I quickly hide. It was my dad looking for me, when i saw him moving behind d house I quickly rush in. When he came back to check my room again , i pretend to be in bathroom. He believe easily and went back to his room . When i heard his door closed i bring out the book and try to read it, i saw everything that will make my investigation easy about the family. I also read out of the book that their was only one daughter of williams that survive beccause she was not in the house that night. The name of the daughter is laurel , i wonder who it will be bearing thesame name with me, same as the picture of the girl , her stature and everything the only thing that different in our appearance is that my hair is black while the girl in the picture have black hair. I am sure am not the girl in the pictures “then who would it be” asking myself, am lost in thought of who the person is might be “ or is it one of our family, or am i the one, no , never the story happen 20 years ago. I don’t knwo what to do again, am tired, i hit the bed and slept off.
